The basic terms are:

• Month-to-month terms
• 30 day written notice to terminate
• Rents due on the 1st of each month
• A refundable Security Deposit may be required
• Storage Units are to be used as described - for storage of nonperishable, non-flammable, only legal items
• Units are subject to inspection
• You agree to insure your property - we'll insure ours
