The basic terms are:
- Month-to-month terms
- 30 day written notice to terminate
- Rents due on the 1st of each month
- A refundable Security Deposit may be required
- Storage Units are to be used as described - for storage of nonperishable, non-flammable, only legal items
- Units are subject to inspection
- You agree to insure your property - we'll insure ours

Our large storage facility is located just 6 miles north of Gold Beach in the small community of Nesika Beach. You'll find us at 33023 Nesika Road. Easily accessed from the Nesika Beach Loop which parallels Highway 101 on the West side, you'll find the secure gated storage facility on the East side of the road near the North loop entrance.
